One-to-One Coaching I was asked this question from one of my Coachee "Sir good afternoon. First, I often face difficulties managing conflict situations. I believe a more proactive approach—focusing on successful resolution ("doing the operation successfully") rather than just reviewing what went wrong after the fact—would be more effective.
